Easy to access and use all the training and information on the portal. Really comes in handy when I need a refresher on a topic or when a merchant has a question about a new product or service.

I have been a part of the Direct Processing Network team for almost 4 years now. I have a background in banking, so I understood merchant services at a basic level when I started. My Merchant Career is very simple to use and has been a great resource for our office. We have new ISOs coming in regularly who need to learn the basics quickly, so the portal has really allowed us to streamline our training process. Even our more seasoned agents have commented on the information provided being helpful to their business.
